What do I actually get?
Three things: the DealerOffice platform — your stock, customers, inbox, diary, accounts and AI tools — a professional website built and looked after by BoredFather Studios, and weekly social posts made from your live stock across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
How does the social marketing work?
BoredFather Studios posts for you each week using the cars you actually have in stock — new arrivals, price changes and sold cars go out on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. There's also a YouTube studio where you can upload your own videos and the AI writes the titles, descriptions and tags.
Who is BoredFather Studios?
The team behind DealerOffice. They build and look after your website and run your social marketing — so there's one team to call, and you can get on with selling cars.
Does it work with AutoTrader?
Yes — if you advertise on AutoTrader or Cazoo, your stock is sent to them automatically. Add or sell a car once and it updates everywhere. If you don't use them, everything else still works the same.
What about my email?
Your dealership email and every website enquiry land in one inbox. Read, reply and attach as normal — and the AI suggests a reply you can edit or send as it is.
What can the AI actually do?
It writes your vehicle listings and customer replies, answers questions about your own business by text or by voice (that's Arlo), creates images for posts, and writes YouTube titles and descriptions. A usage log shows you everything it does.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send an email, you can use DealerOffice — and there are short tutorials inside the app for everything else. The website and social side are done for you anyway.
Can I run more than one dealership?
